Email Support

Once you are a customer, you'll be able to easily email our technician inbox to auto generate a ticket.  Contact your Account Manager for more information.

Client Portal

Existing customers may use our Client Portal to submit and check on tickets, review Microsoft 365 users and licenses, access computer reports, and more. Sign on with your Microsoft 365 email address and password. If you do not have access, contact your account manager and they can get you connected.

Tech Connect

A technician may need to remotely gain access to your computer for support. Tech Connect can be used if we don't have our managed agent on your computer. This remote access tool will grant the technician you are on the phone with access to your computer.

Remote Computer Access

Some customers may have remote secure access setup to one or more of their computers. Although we offer many ways of connecting a user to their office network and computers, our most commonly used method is via Remote Computer Access. If we manage your office computer and your business owner approves, our support team can help setup this access your use.

30-Minute Consult

MicroNet customers have access to easily consult with their account manager. A phone call is always an option. However, you may want to schedule a virtual meeting. Using the 30-Minute Consult link, you will be able to pick a time and automatically schedule a meeting with your account manager. This is not to be used for technical support.
