What’s been the single biggest benefit to you and your company since enrolling in our Managed Sentry Cyber Security program?

I think the biggest benefit is knowing that we have a program in place that provides constant monitoring of potential cyber security threats.  In reviewing the monthly reporting data, I am always amazed at the number of outside attempts that are made to infiltrate our company’s systems and applications.

What do you feel we do better than other IT firms you may have worked with in the past?

Availability. If we have an immediate issue/concern, we get a prompt response. Even lower level day-to-day questions or problems are handled on a same-day basis. I also appreciate the periodic “check-ins” and emails that you use to keep us updated on security and general IT topics. Tracking of our computer equipment is something I don’t worry about.

If someone was on the fence about choosing us as their IT firm, what would you say to them?

I trust MicroNet to handle our IT issues on a timely, professional manner and to help us stay current cyber security issues.

There is a greater sense of safety. It’s picky <email phishing protection> and it can be a pain if you click the wrong button, but I do think it reduces our risks.

What do you feel we do better than other IT firms you may have worked with in the past?

Responsiveness and professionalism. Contained in that is the feeling that you really do care about our systems, not just the job, but that it is our computers.

If someone was on the fence about choosing us as their IT firm, what would you say to them?

I would tell them this is an IT firm that is knowledgeable, responsive and cares about you. Your long-term employees and low turnover give us a sense of comfort.
